I am an Assistant Professor in the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College, City University of New York. My research examines cross-sector collaborative governance in environmental policy implementation—specifically, why and how people collaborate and whether it works. I employ causal methods with both observational and experimental data to answer these questions. I was the 1st place winner of the American Political Science Association’s Paul Volcker Junior Scholar Research Award in 2024.
